Contact forms
The contact and enquiry forms send the details you enter to AK’s enquiry service when you submit. These may include your name, contact details, room requirements, budget and message. AK uses them to respond to your request. Avoid including identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.
Custom Studio drafts
The Custom Studio prepares a brief in your browser for you to review and copy. Preparing this draft does not send it to AK. If you choose WhatsApp, paste and send the brief there yourself. The draft is not saved as an account and can be lost when you leave or reload the page.
External services
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps open on their own services and use their own privacy policies. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Opening these resources shares ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, with their providers.
Questions about your details
Contact AK to ask how your enquiry is handled, request a correction or discuss removal of information you have shared. Ask the studio about retention and access if you need more detail before submitting.
